Refund policy

Returns within 30 days

You can ask for a return up to 30 days after your order is delivered.

To qualify, the item needs to be unused, in the condition it arrived in, in its original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.

Starting a return

Write to support@rock-flare.com quoting your order number. We'll send you the return address and next steps. Parcels sent back without a return request first can't be accepted.

Damaged, faulty or incorrect items

Please check your order when it arrives. If something is damaged, faulty or not what you ordered, let us know straight away and we'll replace it or refund you at no charge.

Your refund

After your return reaches us and has been checked, we'll confirm by email. Approved refunds are paid back to your original payment method; banks can take a few business days to show the credit.

Cancellation right (UK & EU customers)

Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations you may cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it without giving any reason. To cancel, email support@rock-flare.com.
