Delivery

All RockFlare orders travel with free, fully tracked delivery.

How long it takes

Your order arrives within 5–10 business days. Business days run Monday to Friday and exclude public holidays.

Following your parcel

The moment your order leaves us, we email you a tracking number. You can also check progress any time on our Track my order page.

Minimum order

Free delivery applies to orders of $20 and above. Orders below that amount ship with the VIP delivery option displayed at checkout.

Import charges

Where your country applies import duties or taxes, they are shown at checkout if available, or collected by the courier when the parcel arrives.

Missing or damaged parcels

If your parcel turns up damaged or never arrives, email support@rock-flare.com with your order number and we'll send a replacement or refund you.
